This support will help strengthen long-read DNA sequencing capacity for life sciences research across microbial, fungal, plant, animal, and human genetics/genomics, and will open new opportunities for collaborative research using highly accurate #PacBio sequencing.

🌟 Very excited to share that our FWO research grant has been awarded!
Over the next 4 years, we will investigate the evolutionary and genetic drivers of rapid sex chromosome turnover in frogs, aiming to understand how and why sex chromosomes change so frequently across lineages.
Grateful to FWO for the support, thanks for the team efforts and all collaborators to make this happen! Excited to get started on the fun journey!
